Knowing who your customers are, why they buy from you, and whether they’re likely to continue is of interest to any business, and in today’s highly competitive marketplace, you can’t afford to be left behind. As a history instructor, Mike also brings an interesting historical perspective to the growth of “big data,” and how its evolved.
