Larry Shrader is a long time real estate broker, consultant, and agent in the Atlanta area, and the owner of Five Star Properties. Larry is also handles commercial sales, such as HVAC VFDs for EMA Inc.
Larry was heavily invested, active, and successful in the Atlanta real estate market when it crashed a few years ago. Like many of us, the crash caught Larry completely off guard. Larry exemplifies the positive entrepreneur who reassessed his situation, made the necessary changes, and climbed right back in.
